Ebooks and Audiobooks

Because ebooks and audiobooks are instant downloads, no refunds or returns are offered on digital downloads. The only exception to this is if a duplicate purchase of an item is made accidentally within 48 hours, in which case a refund will be offered within 30 days of your order. For print books

If the book is damaged or defective, or if your order failed to arrive, a replacement can be arranged with free shipping as long as you contact us within 14 days of your order, stating your name, order number, and reason for return. A replacement will be sent out on receipt of the returned book.

You are also entitled to a refund for any other reason as long as you return the book within 14 days in an unused and undamaged condition, return postage to be paid by you, which is not refundable. Please use the form below to arrange this.

Please note: for print books you are required to provide a complete and accurate delivery address and recipient name. We accept no liability for delivery to an incorrectly supplied address or wrongly named person based on the information you provide.
